Pricing Structure
We unbundle our services to allow our clients maximum flexibility to managing their development budgets. Projects are typically completed in phases.

Phase One will produce an architectural design or project specification. We quote a fixed price plus travel and per diem expenses for these factfinding and planning discussions which take place at your site. One or both of our principals willl attend these meetings, and one will remain your primary contact for the duration of the project.

When Phase One has been completed we will be able to provide quotes or estimates for the remaining project phases. Our pricing varies depending on the deliverables, but typically combines fixed quotes for well defined system components and per item or per hour fees for more open-ended project deliverables.
